How could it be otherwise? We are known for the construction and conversion of specialist stores and shopping centres. In order to show our employees and tenants innovation in construction, our company headquarters offered us the opportunity to let off steam architecturally. We built innovatively with our own design ideas in the layout of a shopping mall. The building will change constantly and we will try out new things.

The open-plan design provides us with positive, optimal, natural lighting in line with the human biorhythm. Our employees and tenants will find very condensed ideas for shopping centres, specialist stores or several hundred detached houses.

Saller’s innovative strength with regard to future construction projects will be further enhanced here. Our new company headquarters will always remain a test laboratory. We will demolish, rebuild, incorporate new materials, change designs, etc. ‘We live in the show house.’

Standing still means going backwards, so we will constantly adapt to the challenges of the building industry in Europe and endeavour to be at the forefront with ‘creative destruction’.
