Przemyśl Umbau Saller finale Phase

The conversion of the former Tesco supermarket, located on Lwowska Street in Przemyśl, into a modern retail park is in its final phase. The building, which served as a humanitarian aid centre for refugees from Ukraine until April 2023, has been demolished and rebuilt into a modern and ecological shopping complex that meets the latest standards, including ecological standards and reducing the carbon footprint.

The first phase of the S1 retail park will offer customers over 8,000 square metres of modern retail space, which is already attracting great interest not only from tenants but also from the city’s residents. The excellent location of the retail park on Lwowska Street, in the middle of the city’s so-called shopping centre, perfectly complements the shopping offer and makes it very attractive not only for the residents of Przemysl, but also for the entire region.

The tenants of the property include the grocery operator Aldi, which has not been present in the city to date and where customers have been able to shop in an area of over 1,000 square metres since the end of July. The attractive tenant mix is complemented by the drugstores Rossmann and Hebe, the zoom store Maxi Zoo and the general shop Nome, which is scheduled to open at the end of August this year. The next major tenant of the retail park is the Total Active fitness club, which will welcome its first customers at the beginning of 2025.

The commercialisation of the remaining space is at an advanced stage and the retail park’s future tenants will include well-known brands from the clothing and footwear sector as well as popular non-food discounters. To complement and increase the attractiveness of the property, the investor is planning to expand the commercial offer to include a catering zone and other smaller service points.

In the end, the S1 retail park in Przemyśl will offer customers around 18,000 square metres of attractive commercial and service space as well as over 750 comfortable, wide and fully renovated parking spaces. A highly differentiated and attractive shopping offer and the creation of relaxation zones, as well as the excellent location of the property, will certainly attract customers who will be able to make comprehensive and convenient purchases in one place.
