The Saller Group is consistently developing its portfolio and will open another S1 retail park in Lower Silesia this year. The property is located in the north-eastern part of Świdnica, at the junction of Przemysłowa and Szarych Szeregów streets and in the immediate vicinity of the Biedronka discount store. The construction of the retail complex consisting of three commercial buildings is in its final phase, and finishing work is currently being carried out on the exterior. Another major advantage of the newly created retail park is the planned connection of Wrocławska and Przemysłowa streets, which will significantly improve accessibility to the property for customers from the city centre.

The Saller retail park in Świdnica will ultimately offer almost 11,000 m² of modern retail space. In order to meet the needs of the local market and future customers, over 20 rental units will be built in the property. The tenants who have already signed contracts include well-known and popular brands such as CCC and Deichmann, the Rossmann drugstore, the Maxi Zoo pet shop, the non-food discounter Action and the shopping chain offering a wide range of household and textile products.

Textile fashion brands are strongly represented in the property in Świdnica, and customers will soon be able to shop in Sinsay and Villaro shops, among others.

The retail and service offer will be perfectly complemented by the Macropharm pharmacy and the planned catering zone, which is scheduled for completion in 2025.

The last available free spaces are in the final phase of commercialisation and great emphasis is being placed on adapting the retail offer of the property to the needs of the local clientele.

The opening of the retail park will take place in November this year.
